Every consumption you make with Cobee, either with your card or by an application through the app, is reflected in your transaction screen. In this screen you can see all your consumption, your savings and the breakdown of each transaction. There are different types of transactions, these can be:
Paid from your salary
These are all those transactions recognized as flexible compensation, which will have an impact on your next paycheck. That is, that transaction is paid out of your salary, and the savings generated is due to the exemption of the payment of IRPF.
Paid by your company
These are transactions paid as a social benefit by your company. That is, an amount that your company adds to your salary to be spent on different benefits. These transactions can be of two different types:

Card delivery: These are transactions in which you are told that your company has given you an amount to spend on a specific benefit.

Subsidy: These are benefits that are paid to you directly by your company. It usually coincides with the insurance they offer you or with mental health issues. In this case it does not have to be a fixed amount, simply your company will pay a percentage of the benefit.
Paid from your bag
These are transactions paid with the purse that has been granted to you by your company. These consumptions are recognized as a social benefit. You can see the consumption of your purse from the home screen.
Paid from accumulated
This type of transaction is aimed at all those employees who have selected the option to accumulate the amount not enjoyed in meal and/or transportation benefits within the monthly limits set by law (€220 in food and €136 in transportation). How does the balance accumulation work?
These unused amounts will have an impact on the payroll where they have been accumulated in exchange for being able to increase the monthly limit of these benefits in subsequent months.
Shared payment
Transactions marked as co-payments have the peculiarity of combining the above-mentioned typologies.
Refund
These are transactions in which you are told that a previously spent amount is being refunded. This usually occurs when a merchant has charged you incorrectly or you make a refund of the amount spent.
Rejected
These are transactions that have not been completed for some reason. There are different reasons why you will not be able to make a purchase.
