Speak to your admin to talk to the insurer.
If the individual policy coincides with the group policy offered by the company, you must apply through the App to join the company's group policy, once confirmed by the insurer by email, the employee must then contact their insurer and cancel the individual policy, thus maintaining the seniority (but they will receive a new card from the insurer).
In the event that the insurer of the individual policy and the group policy are not the same, we must check when the individual policy ends and in the previous month apply for the group policy to ensure continuity of cover and maintain seniority.
