No, unfortunately, once the card has been requested to an address, the process is activated immediately, and we are unable to change it.
If you are sure that you will not be able to receive the card at the address provided, please let us know by filling in this form informing us of this and providing us with the new address. Our Customer Experience team will cancel the previously requested card, and request a new card to be sent to the new address.
When informing the address where you would like to receive your new card, it is essential that you are as specific as possible:
- Specify the type and name of the street
- The number of the doorway
- Specify whether it is a flat, villa, local or shop. If it is a flat, enter the floor number and the number or letter of the flat.
- Finally, don't forget the postcode, the town and the province.
