When you look at the details of your transactions, you can see the status of each one of them. In this article we explain what each status means:
Pending
(you see a clock next to the transaction name):
The system is configured so for this to be the initial state of a transaction. When you make a purchase, the database generates an order that keeps the transaction as pending. This status means that the purchase is still in process, and a credit hold is placed on your Cobee account.
The merchant can take from seconds to 8 business days to confirm or decline this purchase. If this transaction is confirmed, the transaction status will change in your app and the amount will be transferred to the merchant. If the transaction is finally declined, the withheld amount will be released and you will see it reflected in your Cobee account.
Confirmed
This status means that the purchase has been successfully completed. In other words, the merchant has informed us that the service was enjoyed and the money has been transferred to them.
Cancelled
This status means that the merchant has informed us that the service was not enjoyed, therefore, the money for this transaction has been restored to your Cobee account.
Declined
This status means that this purchase has not passed Cobee's filters to be enjoyed. A transaction can be rejected for several reasons, in this article we give you all the information about the rejection of transactions.
