Check Your Level in Levelling
When you first activate your account on Cobee, you start at the Beginner level. As you make transactions, you earn points that help you progress to the next level.

Track Your Progress in Cobee Club
To check your Cobee Club level:
- On the home screen, you’ll see the badge indicating your current level.
- By clicking on the badge, you’ll see your current level, the points you have, and the points needed to reach the next level.
- The notification center will keep you updated on the points you are earning.
- Every time you level up, we will congratulate you via email.
Earn Points in the Cobee Club
To advance to the next level in Cobee Club, you’ll need to earn points. You accumulate points when:
- You earn 10 points for every transaction you make.
- You earn 1 point for every euro you spend with Cobee.
- You earn 500 points each time you spend more than €160 in tax-free meal benefits within a payroll cycle.
Cobee Club points are added in real time. The higher your level, the more challenging it will be to reach the next one.

Points from 2024 will be considered for the calculation at the time of launch.
Best Practices for Cobee Club
- If you have the option to "Save for Later," use it. It’s the best way to ensure you consume more than €160 tax-free each payroll cycle on Meals.
- Check the available time slots for using the Meal benefit directly from the benefit itself. If no restrictions are listed, you have no limitations on its use.
- Add your virtual Cobee card to Google Pay/Apple Pay and set it as the default payment method on food delivery apps to maximize its use up to your available limit at any time.
- Enable notifications on your smartphone to stay informed with reminders we send in the days leading up to payroll close.
