Once you receive your card, you need to activate it in order to be able to use it.
- Go to "My profile" section
- Enable your card in the "My Card" section by clicking on the button. The card drawing will change colour and you will be able to make payments with it 😊
- Request your pin by clicking on "Request PIN"
- You will receive it a few seconds later by text message on your phone
For security reasons, it isn't possible to change your PIN but you can request it as often as you wish.
- If you haven't received the SMS with your PIN, please check that your phone number is registered correctly (Enter your profile and check in "My personal Data" that your phone number is correct.) If you see an error, please edit it and save it.
